Introducing the Esbee 2026 Product Catalogue
Summary: The Esbee 2026 Product Catalogue is an ordering reference for Esbee's industrial control, indication and signalling products. For Charter Controls customers, the principal ranges are Esbee LED Indicators, Push Buttons & Switches, Audible Signalling, Tower Lights and Panel Lights. The main new development is the flat-lens version of the PRO LED Indicator range, giving panel builders an additional lens style alongside the established dome-lens design. For products elsewhere in the Esbee catalogue that are not currently listed on our website, contact Charter Controls with the Esbee catalogue number so that availability can be checked.
The Esbee 2026 Product Catalogue brings together ordering codes, voltage options, colours, operator configurations and accessories across a broad industrial product portfolio. Esbee manufactures considerably more products than Charter Controls currently lists online, so this guide concentrates on the ranges that our customers can already source through the Charter Controls website.
For panel builders and OEM machine builders, the headline addition is the new flat-lens version of the Esbee PRO LED Indicators. The flat design sits alongside the established dome-lens format, giving engineers a choice of front-panel appearance without changing the standard 22.5 mm mounting format.

The new flat-lens PRO LED Indicators are the product development we expect to be of greatest immediate interest to control panel builders. They provide an alternative to the familiar dome-lens version while retaining the compact cylindrical format used for standard 22.5 mm panel apertures.
The new design uses SMD LED technology for clear, uniform illumination. The launch specification identifies IP65 front-face protection, a 50,000-hour service life and a choice of colours and operating voltages. This makes the new flat-lens design particularly relevant where the panel fascia, operator layout and consistency of component appearance are part of the machine design specification.
The established PRO LED Indicator range remains available in the classic dome-lens format, so there is no requirement for panel builders to move away from existing designs. Instead, the flat-lens option expands the choice available when developing new equipment or revising a control-panel fascia.

When specifying an Esbee PRO LED Indicator, first establish the control voltage and required indication colour. The lens style can then be selected to suit the panel design. Where a machine may be built for different control supplies, the 24 V to 240 V AC/DC universal-voltage option can also simplify the indicator specification.

The Esbee catalogue includes a wide indication portfolio, and Charter Controls currently carries several distinct LED Indicator formats. This means engineers can select the device around the available panel aperture and the information that needs to be presented to the operator.
The 22.5 mm EIL and EPL indicator range is the natural starting point for most conventional control-panel indication duties. Multiple voltage and colour combinations are available, allowing indicators to be matched directly to the control circuit.
For example, the EILR024C 24 V AC/DC red LED indicator provides a standard 22.5 mm red indication device for industrial signalling applications.
Where panel space is more restricted, the 16 mm SIL LED Indicator range provides the same basic status-indication function in a smaller panel-mount format. These are particularly relevant to compact OEM panels, instruments and operator interfaces where a 22.5 mm component would occupy unnecessary fascia space.
The ETL test-input indicator range provides an additional input for lamp-test circuits. This is useful where an operator needs to verify that individual indication devices remain operational independently of the monitored machine state.
A current example is the ETLB110A blue 110 V AC test-input LED indicator.
The 2026 catalogue expands the indication section beyond simple status lamps with Digital Indicators for voltage, current, frequency and temperature. The range also includes a voltage-and-frequency version that alternates the two displayed values.
These devices give panel builders a way to incorporate local numerical feedback through a compact 22.5 mm panel aperture rather than allocating fascia space to a conventional rectangular meter.

Operator control remains another major Esbee range supplied by Charter Controls. The current Push Buttons & Switches section includes modular and monoblock designs for start, stop, reset, mode-selection and emergency-control duties.
The distinction between modular and monoblock construction is useful when standardising a panel. Modular components allow the actuator, contact blocks and illumination components to be configured separately, while monoblock devices provide an integrated operator and contact arrangement.
The 2026 catalogue includes both PRO and Gen Next station configurations. Charter Controls currently lists Esbee Push Button Stations for machine start, stop and operator-control applications.
When selecting a station, establish the number of operator positions first, followed by the required push button, selector, key-switch or emergency-stop functions. The contact arrangement and any illumination requirements can then be specified around the machine circuit.
Charter Controls also carries the matching Esbee operator accessories, including Contact Blocks, LED Holders and Other Accessories.
The Contact Block selection is especially important with modular operators. The required number of normally open and normally closed contacts should be established from the electrical schematic before the complete operator assembly is ordered.

Charter Controls currently lists three principal Esbee Audible Signalling groups: 22.5 mm Buzzers, 22.5 mm Flashing Buzzers and Sirens.
The 22.5 mm Panel Mount Buzzers fit the same standard panel aperture commonly used for push buttons and indicators. They provide a local audible signal for alarms, process conditions and machine events without requiring a separate surface-mounted sounder.
The 22.5 mm Flashing Buzzers combine audible and visual signalling in one panel-mounted device. These are useful where a fault or machine state needs to attract attention through both sound and a flashing LED indication.
For applications requiring a separate higher-output alarm device, the Siren range provides surface or panel-mounted audible signalling. Selection should be based on control voltage, required sound output, mounting arrangement and environmental protection.
Esbee signalling is also represented within the Charter Controls Tower Lights section. The Esbee catalogue includes modular tower-light arrangements intended to provide machine-state information using combinations of coloured LED modules.
Charter Controls currently lists Esbee tower-light components such as the ES50LR1U 24 V AC/DC red Tower Light LED Module. The Esbee system allows multiple indication colours to be combined according to the required machine-state convention.

Control-panel illumination is another Esbee product area currently available through Charter Controls. The Esbee Panel Lights section provides several mounting formats so the light can be selected around the enclosure layout and maintenance access requirements.
When choosing an Esbee Panel Light, consider both the supply available within the enclosure and the preferred mounting arrangement. The objective is to illuminate terminals, equipment and identification labels without obstructing wiring access or maintenance space.

Which Esbee range should you start with?
What else is included in the Esbee 2026 Product Catalogue?
The full catalogue goes considerably further than the product groups currently presented through the Charter Controls website. Additional sections include metal push buttons, 16 mm push button products, further LED signalling units, relay boards, wireless Air Push products, limit switches, cam switches, emergency brake switches, circuit breakers, interlock switches, crane pendants, elevator products, sockets, automotive components and accessories.
These additional catalogue families should not automatically be treated as standard Charter Controls online ranges. If one of these products is required for a machine build, replacement project or specification, call Charter Controls on 01424 850660 with the Esbee catalogue number and application details. We can then check the product and confirm whether it can be supplied.
How to select the correct Esbee component
For panel-mounted products, start with the mechanical interface. Confirm the panel cutout, available rear-panel depth and mounting arrangement before looking at electrical variants. This is particularly relevant when choosing between 16 mm LED Indicators and 22.5 mm LED Indicators.
For an LED Indicator, confirm supply voltage, colour and required lens style. For a Push Button or Switch, establish the operator function, maintained or momentary action, illumination requirement and required NO or NC contact arrangement.
For Audible Signalling, determine the control voltage and whether the application requires an audible signal only or combined audio-visual warning. For Tower Lights, establish the required indication colours, number of stages and mounting arrangement.
The Esbee ordering code should always be checked once these requirements have been established. Similar-looking products may differ by operating voltage, colour, contact configuration or function, so selecting from the complete catalogue number is preferable to identifying a component from appearance alone.
